Per chevron Gules and Azure the chevron charged with three wavys bar wise Argent, upon a saltire dovetailed throughout Or, a wheel of thirteen spokes of the like charged with an annulet of the second with thirteen mullets of the third.
CREST
Above a wreath Or and Gules the Eagle, Globe and Anchor insignia of the United States Marine Corps in Gold and Silver.
SUPPORTERS
An Officers Mameluke sword and a Model 1859 Non Commissioned Officers sword in saltire points down Proper.
SCROLL
Marine Corps Scarlet, bordered Gold and turned Scarlet outside the shield and over the sword points. The scroll is inscribed with the regional designation MCIPAC in gold letters.
The coat of arms as
blazoned in full color upon a White disc enclosed by a National Flag Blue designation
band and bearing the inscription MARINE
CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND arched to top and PACIFIC in smaller capitalized letters in base separated on each
side with stars in White. The stars
indicate the grade insignia of the commander. All encircled by a golden rope.
SHIELD
The Red (Marine Corps Scarlet) shield signifies valiance, boldness, courage, passion and zeal. The National Flag Blue chevron with White wavy describes the regional locale (Pacific) and symbolizes constancy, devotion, justice, loyalty and truth. The Gold saltire dovetailed signifies the four virtues of honor, nobleness, goodwill and vigor. The saltier dovetail is a reinforcing sign of strength and seamless coordination. The wheel recalls the Marine Corps historic traditions and is taken in part from the specialized insignia worn by Marines assigned to the Quartermaster General of the Marine Corps prior to the Second World War, with the thirteen spokes and stars representing the early founding of our nation.

The Eagle, Globe and Anchor above the rolled and turned Gold and Marine Corps Scarlet torse represents the organizational focus of providing all aspects of logistical support to sustain the United States Marine Corps.
